Assisted Living
Our team members work with current residents to develop a personal care plan based on your abilities and any needed support services. A licensed vocational nurse and a team of nursing assistants are available 24/7 to help you with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management. You’re free to join in activities, socialize, and enjoy your hobbies as often as you like.
Memory Care
The Palmer Special Care Residence at Casa de las Campanas offers a supportive care environment to create purposeful days. Specially trained team members combine expertise and compassion to provide thoughtful Alzheimer’s care in San Diego. Our homelike environment is as secure as it is comfortable, and activities are designed for residents’ unique needs. That includes a nationally recognized Heartfelt CONNECTIONS — A Memory Care Program®. This program focuses on your loved one’s remaining abilities and celebrates small achievements to encourage their confidence and sense of self.
Skilled Nursing
We offer hands-on attention in a warm and supportive environment. Our team gets to know each resident’s personality, as well as their medical conditions, to provide a personalized care plan and a fulfilling day-to-day experience.
- Long-term care: This level of care is for chronic conditions that require daily attention. Our team members provide expert senior care services with compassion.
- Short-term care: Designed to help you recover after an illness, injury or hospital stay, our team helps with activities of daily living, wound care and short-term rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation
After an illness, injury or hospital stay, the right short-term rehabilitation can help get you back to doing what you enjoy as quickly as possible. Our team members have diverse rehabilitation expertise and work together to create an individualized care plan for your unique needs and personality. Our expertly delivered services include occupational, speech and physical therapies.
