Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care in a Memory Care Neighborhood Setting
Resident-Centered Memory Care
For seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, The Palmer Special Care Residence at Casa de las Campanas offers a supportive memory care environment to create purposeful days. Specially trained team members combine expertise and compassion to provide residents with the thoughtful attention they deserve.
The homelike environment is as secure as it is comfortable, and activities are designed for residents’ unique needs. We focus on each senior’s remaining abilities and celebrate small achievements to encourage their confidence and sense of self.
Specialized Care Plans
Team members work with memory care residents to develop an individualized care plan based on their abilities and the support services they require to live with dignity and fulfillment.
Here to Help
A licensed vocational nurse and a team of trained caregivers are on-site 24 hours a day to provide support. Activity staff work with the care team to bring about peaceful days and inspire confidence.
We know that memory loss affects the senior’s support system as well. Our team works with families and loved ones to create the best experience possible for residents. Casa also hosts support groups for loved ones to discuss the challenges and victories they experience.

- We believe what remains is far more important than what is lost.
- We focus on each resident’s unique remaining abilities.
- We embrace and celebrate everything our residents do.
- We create success stories, one small victory at a time.

Our thoughtful memory care neighborhood design reduces confusion and provides security. With special programs designed for those with memory loss, memory care at Casa enables peaceful and pleasant days.
Is memory care staffing different from the rest of the community?
Yes. Memory care team members are uniquely trained in person-centered care for Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. These specialized caregivers provide compassionate support and a passion for providing dignified, respectful memory care to seniors and their families.
